Howard Fishman (vocals, acoustic guitar) and Russell Farhang (violin) have been making music together for over two decades. As co-founders of the Howard Fishman Quartet, they have toured the US and Europe together, winning audiences over with their unique blend of classic American song, jazz, country, blues, swing, and gospel, all filtered through a wide open creative lens.

The New York Times calls Fishman a "charismatic rhythm guitarist and an endearingly low-key singer" and Farhang's violin playing as having "gorgeous, finely shaped cadenzas executed with perfect intonation, twirling pirouettes and subtly bent notes...and a fluent sense of melodic invention." The pair has only recently begun performing in duo format, wowing audiences in New York and London with their chemistry, storytelling, humor, and musical intimacy.
