Connie's Piano Songs is an album of Connie Converse's never-before-heard art songs for piano and voice, left behind in manuscript format at the time of her disappearance. The album features original songs, settings of poems by e.e.cummings, Dylan Thomas, A.E. Housman and T.S. Eliot, and Connie Converse's last known musical compositions -- an ambitious suite of songs called "The Cassandra Cycle."
Connie's Piano Songs features the recording debuts of soprano Charlotte Mundy and pianist Christopher Goddard. It was produced by Howard Fishman, recorded in Brooklyn, NY, and released on February 14, 2014.
